David Ascher graduated from Yeshiva University cum laude in 1989. He was awarded the Samuel & Jennie Rauch Award for a Worthy Student. He graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1992.
He is admitted to practice in all Courts of the State of New York as well as the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern District of New York.
